It’s important to me that you love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, let me know.


14-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • It should be in its original packaging (where possible)
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We’ll confirm the return details.
  3. Send the item back to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

We recommend using a tracked service, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.


Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item
  • We’ll process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method

If your order included standard UK delivery, this cost will also be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to check it.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 30 days
  • Send us your order number and a photo if possible

We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund — including return postage.


International Returns

We’re happy to accept international returns within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • We recommend tracked shipping

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on personalised or custom-made items
