Terms and Conditions

I post orders out as soon as I am able. In order to allow myself painting time I tend to spend two days a week preparing orders, which are despatched twice a week. Please also be aware that prints are made to order and may take a little longer. If something is urgent then let me know and I will do my best to get it to you in time. Everything takes a little longer in the school holidays when I can’t work so often.

Please also be aware that you are dealing with an artist who is a working Mum. My work is all lovingly made by hand, my envelopes are handwritten and I will do my utmost to ensure that you are happy with the items you receive, but I do not have a 24 hour customer services department or my own courier network! Please therefore allow a little leeway during busy periods. Whilst orders will usually be posted within 5 working days, there will be instances when there will be delays when I am on holiday for example – if this is the case I will make it known on my web site.

Please be aware that Christmas is also a busy time for the post office and items have been known to take as long as 10 days to arrive. I will always advertise a date for last orders for Christmas, but you should not assume this to be a guarantee that your order will arrive on time for the reasons stated above. I will do my very best, as will my framer, the Post Office and my nice FedEx man – but I’m not Amazon! I am a human trying to create beautiful things without a warehouse full of robots at my disposal!

Please see detailed terms and conditions below.
