Whitby Breakwaters (2017)
Original media: Inks, gouache, acrylics, pencils, watercolour, pastel, gold leaf and gold thread
I spent October half term with my family in Whitby. It was cold and bright; perfect Whitby weather. This view is from the walkway beyond the lighthouse on the West Pier. My Mum took my children out on the pirate boat out into the choppy sea. I enjoyed watching from dry land. They didn't look too keen!
