I post orders out as soon as I am able. Please be aware that prints are made to order and may take a little longer. If something is urgent then let me know and I will do my best to get it to you in time. Everything takes a little longer in the school holidays when I can’t work so often.

Please also be aware that you are dealing with an artist who is a working Mum. My work is all lovingly made by hand, my envelopes are handwritten, but I do not work full time. I will do my utmost to ensure that you are happy with the items you receive, but I do not have a 24 hour customer services department or my own courier network! Please therefore allow a little leeway during busy periods. Whilst orders will usually be posted within 5 working days, there will be instances when there will be delays when I am on holiday for example – if this is the case I will make it known on my web site. Please be aware that Christmas is also a busy time for the post office and items have been known to take as long as 10 days to arrive. I will always advertise a date for last orders for Christmas, but you should not assume this to be a guarantee that your order will arrive on time for the reasons stated above.

  1. I was wondering if you ship any of your pieces to the U.S. – lanterns or prints? Thanks and Happy Christmas!

  2. Hi Nicolette
Yes – I can post to the US. Cards and lanterns are around £7 – 12 postage (deppending on quantity and tracking). Prints can be expensive to send, but small ones (Like Whitby Harbour) are about £48, tracked and signed for. Email me with details of what you would like, and i can send you a paypal invoice. Best wishes, Kate

  3. Hi Kate,
I live in Suffolk (but my heart is in Hebden Bridge).
My children have said they will buy me one of your prints.
I was wondering how much a print of Little Box House would cost, and if a print is possible. I’m up in the North all next week, and fitting in a trip to Bankfield on Wednesday. (The “click here” button to contact you didn’t work)

  4. I’m looking for some of your prints for my new – but artwork empty! – home.
I bought some of your lanterns on 2012 and sent them to friends far and wide and was just thinking this week where they had gone since I moved and my partner moved in and then suddenly today there you were in my facebook memories! Yay! The Fickle Finger of Fate via Facebook!
So, now how do I get to see your pics & prints??…..I’ve reordered the fabby lanterns for my new neighbours Christmases! Still very much loving your work Katey!!! ????????????????
